Requirements

  • 1-3 years’ experience in an operational/accounting/finance environment with a keen interest in operational excellence
  • Ability or experience to translate contractual agreements into mathematical equations
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and shifting priorities
  • Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics or related field preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to identify problems and develop solutions
  • Excellent attention to detail and understanding of operational processes

Responsibilities

  • Become a subject matter expert in management fee and performance fee calculations and billing
  • Participate in discussions, provide solutions, create operational control framework, and drive for operational excellence and enhanced client experience
  • Proactively investigate, call out and remediate calculation/billing issues
  • Support projects and initiatives to improve our operating model collaborating with internal business and technology partners
  • Ensure compliance with CASS and SOX regulations
