Requirements

  • Experienced Business Analyst with expertise in eliciting, validating, and tracking business and system requirements from initiation through to successful delivery
  • Broad experience working on a variety of technology and change projects in the financial services sector
  • Ideally, experience within private markets front office / investor relations operating models
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work independently with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels of seniority
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation and support project delivery across strategy, business change, systems development, and implementation

Responsibilities

  • Develop a clear understanding of new projects, including eliciting objectives, scope, and success criteria
  • Gather and document business and system requirements, collaborating with technology and business team partners to drive consensus
  • Define and document end-to-end business process maps, data flow models, use cases, entity relationship diagrams, and other relevant project artefacts
  • Work with business and technology colleagues to verify and validate requirements against solution delivery at each step of the lifecycle
  • Pro-actively establish workflows (inferred from incomplete description) and assume any other reasonable duties as required
