Requirements

Experienced Business Analyst with expertise in eliciting, validating, and tracking business and system requirements from initiation through to successful delivery
Broad experience working on a variety of technology and change projects in the financial services sector
Ideally, experience within private markets front office / investor relations operating models
Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work independently with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels of seniority
Engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation and support project delivery across strategy, business change, systems development, and implementation

Responsibilities

Develop a clear understanding of new projects, including eliciting objectives, scope, and success criteria
Gather and document business and system requirements, collaborating with technology and business team partners to drive consensus
Define and document end-to-end business process maps, data flow models, use cases, entity relationship diagrams, and other relevant project artefacts
Work with business and technology colleagues to verify and validate requirements against solution delivery at each step of the lifecycle
Pro-actively establish workflows (inferred from incomplete description) and assume any other reasonable duties as required
