Responsibilities

  • Respond to client inquiries via email, chat, and phone with professionalism and care
  • Troubleshoot design, deliverable, and timeline issues, escalating as needed
  • Communicate proactively to set expectations and ensure a seamless client experience
  • Track client progress through key milestones and address potential roadblocks early
  • Use internal tools (CRM, ticketing, project management) to manage workflows and follow-up
  • Partner with Sales, Project Management, and Operations teams to deliver a consistent client journey
  • Facilitate client calls and represent the voice of the client across teams
  • Identify common client questions and pain points to improve templates, FAQs, and resources
  • Serve as the voice of the client by sharing feedback and insights with internal teams to help improve products and services
  • Monitor trends and share insights that drive improvements in client satisfaction and efficiency
