Responsibilities

Respond to client inquiries via email, chat, and phone with professionalism and care
Troubleshoot design, deliverable, and timeline issues, escalating as needed
Communicate proactively to set expectations and ensure a seamless client experience
Track client progress through key milestones and address potential roadblocks early
Use internal tools (CRM, ticketing, project management) to manage workflows and follow-up
Partner with Sales, Project Management, and Operations teams to deliver a consistent client journey
Facilitate client calls and represent the voice of the client across teams
Identify common client questions and pain points to improve templates, FAQs, and resources
Serve as the voice of the client by sharing feedback and insights with internal teams to help improve products and services
Monitor trends and share insights that drive improvements in client satisfaction and efficiency
