Requirements

  • 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
  • Preferred: 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree
  • Preferred: Experience in payments or financial institution consulting
  • Preferred: Experience working with financial indicators to measure business performance
  • Strong analytical skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor
  • Self-motivated, results oriented individual with the ability to handle numerous projects concurrently
  • Skilled at using presentation, data visualization, and pyramid-principle storytelling to help clients make the best, fact-based decisions
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Technology mindset, curious, up-to-date with digital trends and applications

Responsibilities

  • Support a team of experienced professionals in delivering strategic consulting services to key Visa clients
  • Complete detailed analysis on client data and identify preliminary trends and themes in the data with some guidance
  • Conduct market research and data analysis to identify insights in the payment industry
  • Support the development of client-specific presentations by adapting templates for unique client scenarios and needs
  • Support senior consultants in developing and delivering high-quality advisory solutions to clients, such as business strategy, product development & pricing, customer segmentation and customer experience improvement
