Responsibilities

  • Elaborar y actualizar reportes de asistencia, ausentismo y rotación, garantizando información precisa y oportuna para las distintas áreas
  • Coordinar y dar seguimiento a requisiciones de personal, promociones, cambios salariales y modificaciones de contrato en conjunto con Finanzas y el área de Recursos Humanos
  • Preparar y gestionar documentación administrativa, como cartas, oficios, registros de capacitación y archivos de empleados
  • Coordinar y brindar el Programa de Inducción a nuevo personal, así como apoyar en la logística, materiales y cotizaciones de capacitación interna y externa
  • Administrar beneficios y programas de empleados, tales como bonos de asistencia perfecta, fondo de ahorro, gastos médicos mayores y reembolsos educativos
  • Participar en la organización de eventos, actividades de integración y programas de reconocimiento para empleados
  • Registrar incidencias en el sistema de Recursos Humanos (vacaciones, incapacidades, permisos) y asegurar el cumplimiento de políticas internas e ISO-9000
  • Colaborar en el seguimiento de relaciones laborales, apoyando en casos de ausentismo, retardos o bajo desempeño, y en la documentación de bajas o renuncias
  • Cumplir con las políticas de seguridad, medio ambiente y procedimientos corporativos, manteniendo comunicación efectiva con proveedores y personal interno
