  • No written warnings or documented performance issues in the last 6 months
  • Excellent attendance
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. repetitively
  • Have or able to obtain Lift Operator certification
  • Forklift, Picker Certification

Responsibilities

  • Complies with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company and regulatory authorities
  • Performs routine and non-routine cleaning duties throughout the building to include all surfaces inside and outside of the distribution center
  • Removal of trash, cardboard, debris and pallets
  • Notifies managers concerning the need for minor or major repairs to building and/or equipment
  • Follows procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures
  • Moves cabinets, boxes, furniture, crates and equipment to clean areas, either manually or by using hand trucks
  • Requisitions and replenishes supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and sanitization duties
  • Operates floor scrubbing equipment, cardboard baler and maintains all stations containing janitorial equipment
  • Performs other duties as assigned
