Responsibilities

Complies with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company and regulatory authorities
Performs routine and non-routine cleaning duties throughout the building to include all surfaces inside and outside of the distribution center
Removal of trash, cardboard, debris and pallets
Notifies managers concerning the need for minor or major repairs to building and/or equipment
Follows procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures
Moves cabinets, boxes, furniture, crates and equipment to clean areas, either manually or by using hand trucks
Requisitions and replenishes supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and sanitization duties
Operates floor scrubbing equipment, cardboard baler and maintains all stations containing janitorial equipment
Performs other duties as assigned
