Mandatory qualifications include a High School Diploma, 2+ years of life insurance death claims business experience, death claims processing experience, working knowledge of life insurance products, Microsoft Office and MS Teams experience, great typing skills, empathy, customer service experience, and multitasking ability.
The schedule is Monday through Friday during business hours from 7:30am to 6pm CST.
