Requirements

  • Experience in managing claims relationships, particularly with major clients and broker partners in the EMEA region
  • Ability to navigate and advocate within the AIG claims organization
  • Knowledge of multinational claims services and EMEA region claims functions
  • Proficiency in Salesforce for account management
  • Strong communication skills for internal and external stakeholder engagement, including client/broker meetings and feedback loops
  • Capability to identify process improvements, trends, and customer satisfaction metrics

Responsibilities

  • Deliver claims capabilities and services to assigned major clients to support business retention
  • Support the Claims functions value proposition, establishing ‘Right to Win’ and collaborating on new and cross-sell opportunities with Client Directors
  • Maintain close relationships with EMEA claims function, represent claims in external client/broker meetings, and feedback client/broker needs
  • Work with EMEA claims function to develop best practices and identify process improvement opportunities
  • Build a pipeline of claims successes and service metrics for marketing, including identification and submission for awards
  • Collaborate with internal functions (underwriting, overseas territories, RISO Bermuda, marketing, Distribution, communications, profit centres) to align claims with business objectives
  • Manage customer expectations, monitor satisfaction, identify trends, and provide feedback to Claims Management and Client Engagement teams
  • Facilitate timely resolution of claims issues across all lines of business
  • Create and distribute claims bulletins/protocols across relevant countries and claims teams for designated clients
  • Communicate significant claim trends, initiatives, organizational changes, and industry/regulatory/legal developments internally and externally
  • Assist in developing and executing claims education and information events for clients and internal partners
  • Maintain Salesforce for accounts within designated portfolio
  • Manage designated projects, including claims reviews (coordinated/hosted by CARM) and data facilitation (e.g., introduction of Intellirisk to clients/brokers as contact point)
