Requirements

10+ years of experience in a senior Risk Management Leadership role, preferably within the FinTech or Financial Services sector
Law degree or equivalent qualifications
Deep understanding of risk management frameworks and methodologies
Proven track record of managing complex risks and implementing effective risk mitigation strategies
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to provide strategic risk advice and build strong relationships with stakeholders
Experience building and leading high-performing risk management teams
A commitment to ethical conduct and professional integrity
(Preferred) Experience working in a high-growth, technology-driven company
(Preferred) Familiarity with international risk management standards and regulations
(Preferred) Location is flexible but the willingness/ability to relocate to Singapore is a huge plus (not compulsory)

Responsibilities

Lead the global risk management strategy
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across operations
Build and lead a robust risk management framework
Serve as a key advisor to the Executive Leadership team
Oversee all aspects of risk management, including financial, operational, compliance, and strategic risks
Develop and implement effective risk mitigation strategies
Monitor risk exposures
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations
Foster a culture of risk awareness
Enhance risk management capabilities
Provide insightful analysis to support informed decision-making
