Requirements

  • 2 - 5 years of experience in a demanding role (e.g., early startup employee, consulting, sales)
  • Exceptional agency and ability to take ambiguous ideas from concept to execution
  • Deep understanding of AI and its applications, beyond basic prompt usage; ability to identify and leverage new AI tools to drive significant impact
  • Comfort with software, a willingness to learn quickly, and an ability to optimize tools effectively
  • Strong numerical reasoning, proficiency with spreadsheets, and an ability to prioritize data over intuition (Bonus: experience with product analytics tools like PostHog or Mixpanel)
  • Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, demanding environment
  • In-Person (primarily in New York City); Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Support the GM and Founder/CEO with a wide range of operational tasks
  • Drive strategic initiatives across GTM, Product, Community, and People
  • Execute projects independently, often with limited resources or engineering support (e.g., spinning up AI-native workflows)
  • Manage and scale Customer Success efforts
  • Support GTM for new product and feature launches
  • Act as a mini-Product Manager, collaborating with Engineering and Design to bring ideas to life
  • Organize and execute events (e.g., ELEVATE conference)
  • Analyze data and provide insights to inform decision-making
