Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of relevant experience in consulting, finance, strategic planning, or similar project management experience in a technology company
  • Strategic & Analytical Mindset: Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proven track record of applying data-driven insights to shape business decisions and outperform expectations
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to partner closely with senior leaders and drive alignment across the organization
  • Experience in managing high-priority projects, establishing and maintaining project management frameworks, and driving operational processes
  • Ability to develop and execute operational processes, such as OKRs, Horizon Planning, and QBRs, and ensure consistent accountability and tracking across the business
  • Strong collaboration and partnership skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including the Communications team
  • Experience in managing executive assistant teams and ensuring smooth operations and communication within the executive office
  • Ability to drive internal events, such as All-Hands meetings, offsites, and leadership summits, and partner with functional leaders to ensure events foster engagement, alignment, and cultural reinforcement
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply data-driven insights to drive business decisions and outperform expectations
  • Experience in driving transformational impact and change, with a passion for building operational rigor and driving business growth

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the CEO to define and execute the company’s strategic vision and annual priorities
  • Leverage data-driven insights and a deep understanding of the competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions
  • Lead high-priority projects on behalf of the CEO, establishing and maintaining project management frameworks that drive decision-making, alignment, and accountability
  • Oversee the development and execution of operational processes and programs, such as OKRs, Horizon Planning, and QBRs
  • Ensure consistent accountability and tracking across the business, driving operational excellence and process improvement
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO to prepare for key meetings and conferences, acting as a connective tissue between the CEO and E-team
  • Act as a trusted partner to functional leaders, fostering collaboration and alignment on company-wide initiatives
  • Manage and develop the administrative team to maximize their effectiveness and productivity, ensuring smooth operations and communication within the executive office
  • Oversee planning and execution of key internal events, such as All-Hands meetings, offsites, and leadership summits
  • Partner with functional leaders to ensure events foster engagement, alignment, and cultural reinforcement, driving consistency in messaging and reflecting the company’s vision and priorities
