Requirements

Responsibilities

Manage the CEO’s calendar, priorities, and meeting flow to maximize impact
Create and maintain internal docs, dashboards, and processes that improve team efficiency
Assist with coordination for board meetings, all-hands, and company events
Own the recruiting process end-to-end: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and candidate experience
Partner with hiring managers to manage pipelines and keep things moving quickly
Help onboard new hires and make their first week memorable
Oversee office operations (supplies, meals, events, space management)
Organize in-person events, offsites, and celebrations
Find creative ways to make the office fun, welcoming, and inspiring
Manage vendor contracts, invoices, and payments
Support basic legal and compliance needs (with external counsel)
Keep records organized and help streamline internal workflows
