Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or related technical discipline)
MBA from a top-tier program
6–10+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, product management, or strategy/ops roles at a high-growth tech company
Experience working closely with executives and/or boards, ideally in SaaS, cloud, or AI/ML-focused companies
Strong technical fluency
Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and structured thinking
Executive presence with excellent communication and storytelling skills
Ability to thrive in ambiguity, prioritize ruthlessly, and get things done

Responsibilities

Drive company-level strategic planning, OKRs, and execution frameworks
Provide data-driven insights to guide executive decision-making
Act as a thought partner on technical and business trade-offs in a fast-moving AI platform company
Build and optimize the operating cadence of the company
Lead special projects that span technical, product, and go-to-market functions
Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable processes as we grow
Ensure communication and alignment across engineering, product, GTM, and operations
Manage strategic partnerships and support fundraising, investor relations, and customer-facing engagements
