Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or related technical discipline)
  • MBA from a top-tier program
  • 6–10+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, product management, or strategy/ops roles at a high-growth tech company
  • Experience working closely with executives and/or boards, ideally in SaaS, cloud, or AI/ML-focused companies
  • Strong technical fluency
  • Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and structured thinking
  • Executive presence with excellent communication and storytelling skills
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity, prioritize ruthlessly, and get things done

Responsibilities

  • Drive company-level strategic planning, OKRs, and execution frameworks
  • Provide data-driven insights to guide executive decision-making
  • Act as a thought partner on technical and business trade-offs in a fast-moving AI platform company
  • Build and optimize the operating cadence of the company
  • Lead special projects that span technical, product, and go-to-market functions
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable processes as we grow
  • Ensure communication and alignment across engineering, product, GTM, and operations
  • Manage strategic partnerships and support fundraising, investor relations, and customer-facing engagements
