Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two years experience preferred in chemical processing or other manufacturing industry
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office
  • Communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Willingness to undergo drug screening during pre-employment process
  • Availability for Friday-Sunday 6am-6:30pm CST (with initial 2-4 months training on 1st shift during the week)

Responsibilities

  • Load and unload bulk products, manufacture liquid products, and package finished products in non-bulk containers
  • Inspect all containers inside and out prior to filling, following Container Inspection and filling S.O.P
  • Clean all reactors prior to manufacturing products, following GMP SOP's for Recordkeeping and Manufacturing Equipment Cleaning and Inspection
  • Use and wear prescribed safety equipment while filling and mixing, per Production Worksheet and PPE Certifications
  • Ensure product meets all quality standards before leaving production area, including filtering of liquid products
  • Maintain safety and cleanliness of production areas
  • Inspect all tank trucks prior to loading and unloading, following Tank Truck Bulk Loading and Tank Truck Unloading SOP's
  • Review all paperwork before loading or unloading, following relevant SOP's for Tank Truck Loading, Unloading, and Railcar Unloading
  • Review Production schedules and Batch Records to ensure correct raw materials and order of addition
  • Perform tote cleaning per procedure and maintain records in the prism tote tracking system
  • Perform weekly area inspections (as designated), complete filter log, other logs, and inspection checklists
  • Review Catalyst weekly for training requirements and complete all training and SOP reviews by due date
  • Attend all required training when scheduled unless absent
  • Uphold Hydrite’s Standard of Excellence by maintaining quality facilities and providing quality products/services
  • Perform all duties outlined in relevant SOPs and other assigned duties
  • Participate in Emergency Response Team, RCRA, regulatory, health & safety, and process training as required
  • Complete Maximo service requests for equipment needing repair
