Responsibilities

The Chef Instructor, Savory will model and direct employees to meet customer service standards, deliver exceptional cooking class experiences using provided recipes and game plans, maintain product knowledge and seek additional training resources, ensure sanitation and cleanliness standards, work as part of a team to achieve sales goals, provide coaching and performance feedback, and address problems by taking decisive action. They will also communicate with employees, customers, field management, and the corporate office, and may handle liquor and mix ingredients as needed, while fulfilling additional responsibilities as assigned by the Resident Chef.
