The Principal Product Manager requires strategic planning skills to shape content, live service, and monetization plans for the Gearbox game catalog, aligning player value with business objectives. They will collaborate closely with the studio and product leads to develop, guide, implement, and optimize strategies supporting the creative vision of the games. The role involves identifying and prioritizing product management needs across multiple projects and mentoring other product leads.
As the Gearbox catalog lead, the Principal Product Manager will represent the product function to executive stakeholders within the studio and at 2K, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and driving the successful execution of product initiatives. They will work closely with development and publishing teams to define product priorities and guide the overall product roadmap.
Develops and publishes interactive video games
