  • Formation en logistique, management ou équivalent
  • Première expérience réussie en encadrement d’équipe, idéalement en préparation de commandes, distribution ou logistique
  • Connaissance du secteur de la grande distribution ou de la restauration collective (atout)
  • Manager de proximité capable de fédérer, créer de la cohésion, gérer différents profils (parfois complexes), avec sens de l’écoute, communication et analyse
  • Orienté résultats et amélioration continue, capable de déléguer, prioriser, proposer des solutions face aux imprévus
  • Organisation, gestion du stress, disponibilité (horaires décalés, principalement 14h30 à 3h du matin)
  • Maîtrise des outils bureautiques et de gestion (Excel, Workday)

Responsibilities

  • Manager et motiver une équipe de 40 à 70 personnes (recrutement, intégration, formation, suivi des compétences)
  • Superviser la préparation, le chargement et l’expédition des commandes, ainsi que le suivi des supports de commande
  • Proposer des actions d’amélioration continue et suivre les indicateurs clés de performance
  • Garantir la qualité et le respect des règles de sécurité, d’hygiène et de la chaîne du froid (ISO 22000)
  • Planifier l’activité des préparateurs en fonction des commandes et contrôler les opérations réalisées
  • Être le relais du Responsable préparation et assurer le backup si nécessaire
  • Assurer la bonne exécution des activités de préparation et de chargement/expédition des commandes vers les plateformes de livraison
