First experience (internship, alternance, mission, or project) in recruitment or HR is a plus

Responsibilities

Draft and publish job offers on job boards, school sites, and LinkedIn
Source and directly approach candidates
Screen and pre-select applications
Participate in interviews (initially in pairs, then independently)
Update tracking tools and indicators
Promote Kiabi's image and values in every candidate interaction
Support recruitments for CDD/CDI positions in Stores, Central Services, and Logistics
Participate in all stages of alternance and internship campaigns, from offer diffusion to onboarding
Prepare and follow administrative files with schools and OPCO
Manage coordination with schools, candidates, and HR teams
Participate in preparing campus communication actions and updating school mapping
Contribute to enhancing Kiabi's visibility with partners and students
Contribute to creating HR supports and internal communication for alternants' support, integration, and promotion
Participate and contribute to recruitment, diversity, and inclusion events
Be proactive in promoting the employer brand through service actions
Contribute to the team's dynamic and improvement of HR practices
