Requirements

  • Typically 8+ years’ experience, often 4+ years post-advanced degree experience leading projects, deals, and company financial improvement initiatives in management consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, or market research
  • Advanced university degree (e.g., MBA) or demonstrable equivalent
  • Excellent analytical thinking, analysis, and problem solving skills
  • Ability to communicate abstract ideas clearly and independently manage complex project objectives
  • Extensive knowledge of and ability to manage statistical (incomplete in description)
  • Strong project management, communication, problem solving, analytical, and influencing skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across workstreams, business units, and geographies
  • Ability to deal effectively with ambiguity, high pressure, and time constraints

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and track Integration Plans of Record for interim operating models and Business Day 1 execution
  • Proactively mitigate integration risk, monitor program status, and triage/resolve issues swiftly
  • Develop governance processes and communication plans to keep Integration stakeholders updated
  • Develop and maintain integration success metrics and recommend strategy to address performance gaps
  • Establish and nurture partnerships with stakeholders in the businesses and global functions
  • Develop structured integration frameworks, playbooks, and retrospectives
  • Lead other projects and initiatives as needed
  • Create partner operating model slides for all partner types and RTM
  • Present and represent channels in integration, cross functional, regional, channel, and leadership meetings
  • Update and submit weekly status dashboards
  • Host weekly/biweekly meetings with Sales/Sales Ops, IT, HPE Ops, OM/SC, CPQ and other key workstreams
  • Create and coordinate channel content for virtual and F2F meetings
  • Be a vocal champion of channel requirements for the networking business
  • Keep stakeholders well informed through meetings, meeting notes, weekly program updates, etc
  • Be open to feedback and willing to adjust approach based on feedback
  • Create and maintain single repository for all channel integration items
  • Responsible for all operational and process management support required to integrate 2 channel ecosystems
  • Guide workstreams through their deliverables ensuring high quality of their work
  • Facilitate cross-functional interlock meetings with 20+ workstreams
  • Create and manage detailed Integration Plans of Record
  • Project manage smaller initiatives/projects within a program as needed
  • Build and maintain repeatable tools and templates (Excel, PPT, Smartsheet, MS Forms) to ensure consistency and continuous improvement
