Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development of the strategy for managing technological and process changes, the execution of solutions, and their planning
  • Learn and share concepts, methods, and innovative best practices in human performance
  • Cultivate relationships with key clients and stakeholders, properly managing stakeholder expectations and acceptance
  • Implement training and performance improvement solutions to support the implementation of technologies and business processes
  • Apply the communication strategy and assist in creating the development and delivery of the message across various stakeholder groups and end users
  • Identify business improvement opportunities as a result of performance measurement and help develop ways to influence change and increase adoption
  • Provide insights on the effectiveness of awareness programs and change management interventions, taking corrective actions to optimize results as needed
  • Plan own work respecting work plans, resource plans, and budgets
