Responsibilities

Assist in the execution of prioritized innovation projects in areas such as media development, cell line engineering, and high-throughput screening
Draft experimental study plans under the mentorship of a senior scientist to define objectives, methods, and success criteria
Conduct laboratory experiments using established protocols, detailing procedures and data in accordance with good scientific practices
Analyze and interpret experimental results; summarize findings in clear and concise reports
Share interim and final project results with the scientific team and collaborators via slide decks and verbal updates
Contribute to scientific discussions in project and team meetings by asking questions, offering insights, and incorporating feedback
Support related R&D efforts by assisting in small-scale experiments or side projects led by other scientists
Participate in weekly check-ins and site events to integrate with the broader team and develop communication and collaboration skills
