Requirements

  • Diplôme d’Ingénieur Bac +5, de préférence en génie climatique ou génie des procédés
  • Expérience souhaitée de 3 à 5 ans en management d’équipes d’ingénierie
  • Anglais : niveau B2 minimum requis
  • Leadership technique (capacité à piloter et à emmener les autres/une équipe)
  • Rigueur (culture qualité forte)
  • Sens aigu d’analyse et de synthèse (capacité à vulgariser)
  • Force de proposition et de conviction
  • Une connaissance en Vapeur Industrielle serait un plus

Responsibilities

  • Superviser une équipe composée d’ingénieurs (4) et de techniciens (11) en charge des installations HVAC process (zones à atmosphère contrôlée) et des utilités primaires (production eau glacée-tours de refroidissement) du site de Production
  • Être garant de la maintenabilité des systèmes que vous délivrez et de leur conformité aux standards
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les gouvernances du site et les autres services de l’usine
  • S’assurer que les compétences dans votre équipe sont développées et renforcées pour assurer les missions qui vous sont assignées
  • Être responsable du pilotage du budget du périmètre HVAC, utilités primaires et assurer l’interface avec les sociétés de prestation de services
  • S’assurer que les processus qualités et les règles de sécurité sont respectés
