Requirements

Master 2 in Supply Chain or logistics management, or Bac+2 or Bac+3 with significant experience in supply chain or logistics management
A first experience in operational Supply Chain, preferably in procurement
Knowledge of inventory management processes, tools, and methods
Agility with IT tools: Microsoft Office, ERP, and reporting tools
Ability to communicate orally and in writing with suppliers, incoming flow stakeholders, logistics, and management
Level B2 in English and/or German (desired)
Rigour, organization, and method
Ability to master the complexity of flows, organization charts, and products
Flexibility, responsiveness, and creativity to propose relevant solutions, provide reliable information quickly, manage priorities and emergencies, and handle diverse and irregular workloads
Good autonomy while knowing how to escalate difficulties

Responsibilities

Ensure management of stocks of excipients, components, and consumables to execute the Production Master Plan, optimizing warehouse use and minimizing financial losses from expired or unnecessary batches
Manage activity through performance indicators to identify, implement, and/or coordinate improvement actions
Pilot warehouse occupation rate using simulation tools, adapting to warehouse environment evolutions
Manage supply for several families of items within a defined production scope
Provide back-up for other supply coordinators during absences (holidays, sick leave, etc.)

Intervene in: Master data management; Updating of S&OP plastic parts for Colter and hGH products; Management of the Production Master Plan; Execution of projects; Document Management; Management of observations/deviations; Support for information systems; Audits/Inspections; Business plan
