Capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

Order and manage stocks of supplies (materials, printer paper, etc.), centralize orders, and handle storage (in stocks and on all floors)
Receive and organize deliveries (packages, catering) in a support role
Manage office supplies, small equipment, and administrative items (in collaboration with local office managers)
Manage provisioning and stocks (Jho, Nespresso, etc.)
Set up event logistics in support of the SG Coordinator
Manage lockers
Monitor contracts (duration, notice periods, termination)
Provide support to employees for travel (group trips, billing follow-up with Management Control)
Manage parcel and mail service providers
Manage the recycling service provider (PCs, phones, batteries, small IT equipment)
Conduct quality rounds to ensure the proper upkeep of premises
Manage the plant service provider
