Extensive experience in Data Analytics (advises on financial/performance/operational data relationships, anticipates data challenges, identifies trends, evaluates data quality, interprets risks in predictive modeling, directs data processes)
Working knowledge of Effective Communications (delivers feedback, listens to feedback, makes presentations/writes reports, avoids jargon, considers non-verbal cues)
Working knowledge of Interpersonal Relationships (explains interaction impacts, identifies roles/responsibilities, understands alternative views, collaborates with associates/management, adapts style)
Working knowledge of Negotiating (achieves win-win, focuses on issues, uses active listening/probing)

Responsibilities

Developing, managing, and executing the category strategy, including policies, agreements, source catalogs, and special procurement programs
Recognizing potential for cost decreases, inventory reductions, quality improvements, and ensuring soundness of business proposals and risk assessment
Acting as liaison between the organization and suppliers to communicate information, considering production demands and suppliers' conditions
Documenting suppliers' performance on time sensitiveness and production; maintaining strong supplier relationships
Provides supply network solutions expertise using Quality, Cost, Logistics, Development, and Management (QCLDM) to deliver maximum value
Handles commodities: Tubes, Hoses, Press parts, Fabrication, Machined parts, Filters, Bearings & Seals, etc
