Responsibilities

  • Manage commercial relationships with suppliers
  • Ensure contractual agreements are met and maintained
  • Conduct tactical and strategic sourcing events
  • Negotiate rates and contracts
  • Facilitate the movement of freight while adhering to purchasing practices
  • Ensure performance of suppliers meets contractual expectations
  • Responsible for all ground transportation procurement in Mexico
  • Collaborate with Cross Border Mexico Category Buyer
  • Interact with international shipments as well as loads moving within Mexico and through to the USA and Canada
