Responsibilities

The Cast Member will engage Guests in magical experiences throughout the Store, delighting them with stories and providing options of quality, innovative products that meet their needs. They will maintain Disney brand standards, ensure a neat and organized Store environment, assist with stock deliveries and replenishment, participate in markdowns, event set-up, and Stage Sets, and achieve financial and productivity goals through appropriate actions and Guest service behaviors. They will also welcome every guest with a smile and make eye contact, performing effective till transactions and observing relevant SOPs.
