Responsibilities

As the Cashier Lead Part Time, you will oversee the frontline cashier operations, coaching and training team members to deliver excellent member service. You will be responsible for processing membership transactions, assisting members with orders, and ensuring compliance with operational standards. Additionally, you will monitor and drive membership/member experience goals, delegate work effectively, and provide support to the Front End Manager in their absence.
