Requirements

  • Ability to communicate effectively with associates and guests
  • Ability to count, read, and write accurately
  • Reliable transportation
  • Availability for weekend, evening shifts, and holidays
  • Must attend mandatory meetings (e.g., T.A.M., sexual harassment)
  • Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting of 1 to 15 lbs
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on occasion
  • Reaching above shoulder height and bending below waist
  • Ability to freely access all areas of the store
  • Ability to move quickly around the store

Responsibilities

  • Running a cash register, including accountability for cash, lottery tickets, and cash cards
  • Completing shift reports
  • Cleaning windows, floors, bathrooms, and emptying trash containers
  • Stocking shelves and coolers
  • Sweeping and mopping floors
  • Gasoline tank inventory (stick readings)
  • Sweeping, shoveling, painting, checking gas wells
  • Light equipment maintenance (pumps, lighting, machinery)
  • Assisting with merchandising tasks
  • Performing other duties assigned by management
