A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field is required, along with 3+ years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or investment analysis preferred. Key skills include strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving abilities, knowledge of capital budgeting and accounting principles, proficiency in financial systems and data analysis tools, and clear communication of complex information.
