Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in capital project management, process engineering, product engineering, and/or manufacturing engineering in a private, public, government, or military environment
  • (Preferred) Experience leading capital projects with a consistent track record of successful project schedule, scope, and cost delivery
  • (Preferred) Proven skills in project management, communication, facilitation, influencing, and teaching/mentoring
  • (Preferred) Project leadership experience in laboratories and/or manufacturing plants
  • (Preferred) Ability to energize teams, promote teamwork, and maintain positive morale
  • (Preferred) Advanced degree or equivalent experience in engineering field or technology management from an accredited institution

Responsibilities

  • Develop project estimates, plans, and proposals, coordinating project approvals to ensure timely execution
  • Handle project timelines, scope, budget, construction activities, and personnel to efficiently implement and meet approved project commitments
  • Specify equipment and facilities performance and build criteria to maintain high standards
  • Define and implement competitive bidding and project delivery strategies while maintaining a focus on quality and cost-effectiveness
  • Communicate effectively with project teams and collaborators to ensure smooth project progression
  • Ensure compliance with applicable codes, guidelines, and standards to maintain safety and regulatory requirements
  • Advance and deploy differentiated technologies that set us apart from the competition
