Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze regulatory changes affecting the FX business across global regions, with a primary focus on the U.S., U.K., EU, and Singapore
  • Interpret and apply regulatory guidance from agencies such as the CFTC, NFA, FCA, MAS, and other relevant bodies
  • Contribute to the development of GFX strategy and operating models in alignment with regulatory requirements
  • Lead and support complex initiatives involving cross-functional teams and ambiguous regulatory issues
  • Provide expert guidance to internal partners (Compliance, Legal, Risk, Control) and external clients on regulatory impacts
  • Maintain active engagement with regulators, industry peers, and working groups to stay ahead of emerging trends
  • Use advanced analytical skills to identify innovative solutions and influence operational and strategic outcomes
  • Ensure work aligns with functional policies and contributes to the achievement of business objectives
