Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field
3+ years of supply chain experience
Demonstrated analytical skills with ability to develop concepts in an actionable strategy and plan
Proficient computer skills in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Power BI
Proficient with MRP experience required
ASCM/APICS certification is preferred
Experience with ERP Systems (SAP/JDE/Microsoft Dynamics AX), with SAP S/4HANA preferred
Experience with Kinaxis Rapid Response planning system is preferred (or other software such as Arkieva, John Galt, Logility)
Able to multi-task and display a high level of company/team spirit in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Be able to travel to sites as needed (up to 25% travel)
Responsibilities
Responsible for the development, consensus and presentation of the supply plan through the monthly SIOP process
Leads the supply planning meeting as part of the monthly SIOP process
Responsible for communicating the supply plan to all functional areas: Operations, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Procurement and Sourcing teams
Develops and monitors Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) as part of the supply plan execution
Defines and monitors MPS Plan for execution in the ERP system
Support the design, implementation and enhancement of the Company’s planning system solution as part of the supply chain digital strategy
Becomes a subject matter expert Supply Planner in the Company’s supply chain planning system
Designs and implements Resource Requirements Planning (RRP) & Rough-Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) tools and processes to support the business plan
Identify and propose opportunities for capacity improvements, network capacity balancing, asset utilization, and capital expenditures based on capacity modeling and scenario planning
Develop and maintain analytical tools to improve the quality of the capacity solution designs and/or increase the productivity of the team
Develop and implement KPIs to measure performance of the supply plan to the business plan, demand plan, capacity plan, OEE, plant utilization, among others
Support the process to evaluate and determine ideal manufacturing and capacity utilization through a Total Landed Cost (TLC) methodology, while supporting customer service requirements
Utilizes change management methodologies to drive organizational change
