Responsibilities

  • Printing and Sorting of Reports - Warehouse Receiving Detail, Inventory Tracking, 5 Week No Item Movement, Store Clearance Listing, Inventory Adjustment, Detailed Markdown to Zero
  • Work AMP+ and BPM Items
  • Review and work reports - Receiving over 3 days old; NOF/Local Item, Scanning Exceptions, Detailed Markup/Markdown Reports
  • Process D38/D40 MTRs
  • Support DSD & Claims as needed
  • Remains active in preventing shrinkage, ensures that repaired merchandise is handled properly, ensures that the return manual is being followed through: ensures that recalled merchandise is processed on time; ensures the UPC Key Controls Checklist is being followed by controlling all UPC documents
  • Ensures that the Invoicing key controls checklist is being followed by ensuring timely payments are made for merchandise and services
  • Ensures that the Accounting key controls checklist is being followed by Replenishment of ATM (banking machine) and Self Checkouts; Daily pick-up processing, identifying long/shorts in the registers and offices, processing Cash Fund Transfers; Researching and challenging all charge backs; completing TRM procedures; completing bank deposits; preparing and reviewing key reports and reconciling some key journal accounts
