Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic planning, implementation, and process efficiency for Omni operations to ensure seamless integration, innovation, and profitability
  • Shape and evolve eCommerce Customer Value Propositions across the commercial funnel (assortment/availability, order fulfillment, refunds/fraud, customer communications, performance reporting)
  • Drive initiatives to improve customer and associate experience, enhancing value (speed, convenience, cost) to accelerate digital sales and market share growth
  • Develop end-to-end solutions, define winning value propositions, improve order economics, build long-term roadmaps, and create scalable solutions aligned with strategic priorities
  • Leverage best practices from markets, competitors, vendors, and industry leaders to drive sustainable growth while managing risks
  • Prioritize initiatives, enable strategic business decisions with speed and agility through collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Lead a high-performing team and establish effective ways of working with key partners to deliver customer promise and business objectives
  • Promote respect for individuals, talent development, positive experiences, strong relationships, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Ensure compliance with laws, code of conduct, policies; foster non-retaliation culture, address concerns, and hold teams accountable to values
