Requirements

  • 2-3 Jahre Erfahrung im E-Mail-/CRM-Marketing oder digitalen Marketing auf Unternehmensseite oder in einer Agentur
  • Versierter Umgang mit gängigen ESPs (wie z. B. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Mailchimp oder Klaviyo)
  • Kenntnisse in HTML/CSS für E-Mail
  • Sicher im Umgang mit KPIs, Dashboards und UTM-Tracking
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Stärke, Detailgenauigkeit und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Proaktive, lösungsorientierte und hands-on-Mentalität mit datengetriebener Denkweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Freude am Austausch mit anderen Fachabteilungen
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch in Wort und Schrift (+ Englisch von Vorteil)

Responsibilities

  • Konzeption, Aufbau und Versand von E-Mail-Kampagnen (Newsletter, Trigger/Automation, Lifecycle sowie SMS und App-Kampagnen) inklusive Zeit- und Kanal-Orchestrierung
  • Entwicklung und Pflege modularer E-Mail-Templates (HTML/CSS) sowie Einpflegen von Inhalten mithilfe von HTML
  • Qualitätssicherung und Link-Tests über relevante Clients und Devices sowie Überwachung von Versänden
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Kreationsabteilung (Copywriting & Design) zur Erstellung der Kampagnen und Werbemittel
  • Zielgruppensegmentierung und Personalisierung auf Basis von CRM-Daten, Einsatz dynamischer Inhalte und Produktempfehlungen
  • Erstellung von Reportings sowie Verwendung der Datenanalysen & KPIs, um den Erfolg der Marketingkampagnen zu messen und stetig weiterzuentwickeln und zu verbessern
