Requirements

  • Any Graduation (Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred; Master’s degree (MBA) or certifications in digital marketing, project management (PMP), or CRM tools is a plus)
  • 3 to 5 years of experience (6-8 years preferred in promotions, campaign management, or marketing strategy roles)

  • Experience managing large-scale promotions within retail, e-commerce, or multinational organizations (preferred)
  • Strong background in working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM systems, campaign management software, Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI)
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, promotional strategies, and customer engagement techniques
  • Expertise in sales enablement tools and conversion rate optimization
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop long-term promotional plans that align with business goals
  • Project Management: Strong ability to handle multiple campaigns, ensuring timely and effective execution
