Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing, which may include campaign management, marketing service provider, marketing agency, and marketing operations
  • Strong English skills for business (written and spoken)
  • Developer background in HTML, CSS (intermediate/advanced), JavaScript (basic/intermediate), code validation, and SQL (database queries)
  • Experience with one or more leading marketing automation vendors, e.g., Adobe Campaign, Eloqua, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Responsys
  • Proven experience developing responsive templates (for web or email)
  • Intermediate knowledge of responsive & fluid code optimized for email
  • ADA best practices and implementation for emails
  • QA and troubleshooting experience

Responsibilities

  • Campaign orchestration (automation configuration, coordination of marketing campaigns, CRM integrations, and implementations)
  • Collaboration with other team members to confirm the campaign’s feasibility and translate marketing strategy and requirements into business requirements
  • Review and interpretation of campaign requests
  • End-to-end coding of different marketing campaigns and target audiences
  • Recognize opportunities for coding efficiencies
  • Troubleshoot campaign content creation, personalization, dynamic content, and URL issues
  • Prepare Test Cases/Checklists for UAT phases
  • Manage client and team expectations throughout delivery; flag risks and issue escalations related to the campaigns
  • Monitor campaign performances and configure metrics reports setup
  • Collaborate with platform integrations
  • Build and maintain forms and landing pages from scratch
  • Marketing automation development using languages like HTML, CSS, JS, SQL, AMP script, or Velocity scripting for campaign orchestration, audiences' creation and maintenance, and monitoring automated jobs
  • Comprehend technical processes, address concerns, and escalate issues to ensure timely project delivery
