Requirements
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams and educates associates on tools, tasks, and resources
- Communicates and develops interpersonal skills for providing customer service
- Flexible to business needs; maintains in-stock levels and controls shrinkage
- Plans bakery productions; ensures consistency in quality and accuracy of decorative designs
- Follows recipe measurement instructions; works with decorating tools (bags, tips, nozzles) to create flowers and lettering
- Ensures adherence to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management
- Operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment; demonstrates understanding of product and layout execution
- Leverages digital tools and handheld technology for sales, shopping experience, production decisions, ordering, training, and quality
- Adapts to new tools and encourages others to use them
- Drives bakery performance; ensures quality and date control standards; eliminates waste
- Prepares for seasonal events impacting bakery volume (holidays, graduations, family events)
- Identifies member needs; assists with purchasing decisions; resolves member issues
- Acts as brand advocate; models high-quality service and products
- Interacts with associates to understand roadblocks; assists in training and inspires team-oriented work
- Complies with company policies, procedures, ethics, and integrity standards
- Uses Open Door Policy; executes business processes
- Completes work assignments using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, co-workers, customers
- Identifies priorities, deadlines, expectations; carries out tasks; communicates progress

Responsibilities
- Drive member service by delivering what members love for less
- Work collaboratively with associates to meet member expectations

- Be an Expert: plan productions, ensure design quality, follow recipes, use decorating tools, adhere to safety/sanitation/inventory standards, operate/maintain/sanitize equipment

- Be an Owner: drive bakery performance, ensure quality/date control, eliminate waste, prepare for seasonal events, identify/assist/resolve member needs

- Comply with policies, procedures, ethics via action plans and Open Door Policy
