Responsibilities

  • Ser el primer contacto de los clientes en la sucursal, garantizando un servicio de calidad y generando una experiencia única de autoservicio y digital
  • Recibir, indagar la operación a realizar y perfilar a clientes/no clientes
  • Asesorar en productos tradicionales y digitales del banco
  • Derivar operaciones a canales alternos (supermóvil, superwallet, supernet, Superlinea, cajeros automáticos, multicajeros, corresponsales)
  • Vincular clientes mediante la contratación de productos digitales como tarjetas de crédito y portabilidad
  • Apoyar en operaciones inmediatas como envío de estados de cuenta, actualización de medios de notificación y entrega de tarjetas personalizadas
