Responsibilities

  • Ensuring shelves are clean, maintaining temperature control, verifying expiration dates, and disposing of lesser-quality food products
  • Packing ready-to-sell products in proper containers and stock displays
  • Preparing and serving ready-to-eat food
  • Maintaining a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product specifications and collaborating with teams
  • Preparing food according to specifications, planning productions, adhering to safety/sanitation/inventory standards, and managing equipment
  • Leveraging digital tools for sales, shopping experience, associate engagement, business decisions, ordering, receiving, pick-up orders, and training
  • Driving area performance by stocking/rotating merchandise, ensuring quality/date control, eliminating waste, and providing member service
  • Being a brand advocate, developing/influencing/inspiring others, and assisting in training
  • Complying with company policies, procedures, ethics, and integrity standards
