Requirements

BA/BS degree in business/technical or equivalent experience. MBA Preferred
8+ years of Purchasing & Sourcing experience
Self-starter with excellent customer service credentials, problem solving, and interpersonal skills
Detail oriented with proven negotiation experience as well as excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Strong computer skills (Office 365)
Strong focus on teamwork and collaboration
SAP, Workday Sourcing Solution, Docusign (CLM) and Coupa experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Implement day to day procure-to-pay transactions for indirect/non-inventory purchases by converting purchase requests into standard POs
Negotiate better pricing and terms with suppliers
Work with internal customers to understand purchasing needs and timelines
Ensure assurance of supply by following up on deliveries and tracking the end-to-end supply cycle
Process returns and expedites deliveries as needed
Deliver cost saving results and minimize commercial risks in the supply management areas
Select reliable sources, request bids, evaluate quotations, make supplier selection, and negotiate contracts as required to purchase materials and services
Lead RFX activities in various categories, mainly IT, Real Estate and contract negotiations
Perform to high ethical standards, with strong quality of work mindset and customer focused service delivery model
