Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
Experience in gourmet and valet service at a luxury resort preferred
Bilingual or trilingual proficiency in languages such as Cantonese, Mandarin, Korean, Japanese, French, or others preferred
Responsibilities
Maintain accurate property information through daily use of talent portal, email, and other forms of communication
Prepare suite prior to guest arrival and coordinate room service set-up with special requirements guests may have
Provide food and beverage service to designated suites; coordinate orders with Room Service Manager on duty to assure proper order is given and received
Coordinate with Housekeeping to ensure that rooms are kept in superior condition at all times
Maintain butler pantry and equipment to company standards
