Requirements
The Business Systems Engineer should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a comparable major, and have at least 2 years of Salesforce experience. Intermediate to advanced APEX / VF development skills with a strong understanding of unit testing best practices are required, along with Zendesk Admin/Developer experience.
Responsibilities
This role involves working on Salesforce.com development and maintenance (Sales Cloud), maintaining and developing integrations across various business tooling, collaborating with business users and stakeholders to define requirements and implement technical solutions, developing and delivering best practice business processes and solutions, and working with cross-functional teams to address system and application issues.
