Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the IRT industry, with 2-4 years of experience as a software business analyst and 2-4 years in the life science industry. Familiarity with SQL is a plus, and prior experience with IVR, IWR, and IMR platforms is preferred. Strong attention to detail, customer service orientation, excellent organizational and time management skills, and good communication skills are essential.
The Business Solutions Architect will create and manage requirements and technical documentation for IRT projects, collaborating with clients and internal teams to define system requirements and enhancements. They will act as a subject matter expert on clinical study protocols, author specifications for IRT, randomization, kit lists, and interfaces, and support User Acceptance Testing. The role also involves continuous learning about the company's platform and offerings.
