Responsibilities

  • Lead a PM&C team to drive achievement of contractual requirements, ensuring best practice in Project Management disciplines and company processes (CLC 2) are deployed for On Time, On Cost, On Quality outcomes
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Project, Programme and Manufacturing teams while overseeing a range of different project areas
  • Provide line management, guidance and mentoring to direct reports to enable effective support to their projects or programmes
  • Perform data analysis and reporting to various stakeholders
  • Establish strong joint working with other NATCOs through ICT arrangements across a multi-national community
  • Establish a strong and productive Project Business Culture, forming and maintaining relationships with Governance Structures (e.g. PMO) for robust data and information underpinning accurate reporting of Key Milestones, Estimates at Completion and Workload Forecasts
