Responsibilities

  • Calendar management and support for TPRM senior leadership
  • Project management support for strategic TPRM initiatives
  • Execution of programmatic communications and change management assistance for key stakeholders
  • Organization of large-scale conference events and departmental meetings
  • Contributes to workstreams of a limited scope or assigned sections of a larger initiative
  • Monitors the progress of assigned tasks and ensures milestones are met
  • Supports project managers with project scheduling and drafting project plans and budgets
  • Works with appropriate parties to plan, schedule, coordinate, and manage business activities to deliver projects
  • Assists teams in determining scope, requirements, and implementation of solutions
  • Participates in project meetings, documents the progress of projects and communicates the status of projects to appropriate audiences, including formal presentations and status reports to internal stakeholders
  • Builds and maintains effective relationships with stakeholders
  • Provides accurate and timely updates to the management team and department as needed
  • Follows up on assigned areas to ensure adherence to timeline and documents all projects and assignments
  • Identifies and documents project risks
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned
