Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Minimum 6 years of industry experience across multiple process areas
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in global trade, transportation, or warehousing
  • Experience leading ERP or large-scale transformation projects
  • Strong understanding of global logistics and trade compliance processes
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA or Master’s degree in a relevant field
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP TM, and SAP GTS
  • Prior people-management experience in global trade, transportation, or warehousing
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in the medical device industry

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end business process for global trade and transportation, including customs management, trade compliance, transportation planning, and environmental health and safety data
  • Lead business process and solution design with a focus on standard SAP functionality and minimal customization
  • Build and engage a network of subject matter experts across commercial, shared services, centers of excellence, and operations to support process design and change management
  • Drive adoption of to-be processes across divisions and geographies, ensuring alignment with ERP capabilities and regulatory requirements
  • Partner with IT Solution Leads and Global Process Governance Owners to maintain the integrity of the global template through enhancement cycles
  • Facilitate process workshops and guide key configuration decisions to ensure solutions meet business needs
  • Plan and lead business activities through design and handoff to implementation teams for testing and deployment
  • Support training content creation and change management strategies to ensure successful end-user adoption
