Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with minimum of 2 years of experience in Cash Collection or relevant (Cash Application, Credit Risk etc.), or Advanced degree with 0 years of experience
  • Spoken and written proficiency in English (additional languages an advantage)
  • Proven experience in project management and continuous improvement, process mapping and change management
  • Strong analytical skills, curiosity and attention to detail
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, hands-on experience with AI-driven tools and platforms
  • Project management certification, Lean Six Sigma and SAP knowledge (advantage)

Responsibilities

  • Evaluates existing Cash Collection processes, identifies root cause of problems
  • Plans, performs and implements process improvement initiatives
  • Organizes, leads and facilitates cross-functional project teams, cooperates with IT on ERP and tools enhancements
  • Measures performance against process requirements
  • Delivers training sessions for operational teams on process updates and new technologies
  • Identifies and analyses best practices for process optimization
  • Performs cost and benefit analyses
  • Drives global regions standardization and process adherence including onboarding and training
  • Performs controls and AR analysis
  • Leads process improvement initiatives and supports operational continuity of Cash Collection activities performed by BPO partner and regional teams
  • Acts as a global Cash Collection process gatekeeper
  • Ensures Cash Collection core knowledge and expertise is retained and applied across regional Credit Services teams
