Requirements

Minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Quality Management (QM)
Proficiency in SAP Quality Management (QM) (Must Have skill)
Strong grasp of Generative and Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks
Ability to align AI capabilities with business objectives, ensuring scalability, responsible use, and tangible value realization
Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement
Experience in process mapping and modeling techniques
Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences
Familiarity with quality management principles and methodologies

Responsibilities

Analyze and design new business processes to create documentation that guides implementation of new processes and technologies
Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements
Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs
Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery by applying GenAI and Agentic AI to address complex business challenges, automate processes, and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Collaborate and manage the team to perform
Take responsibility for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
Provide solutions to problems for immediate team and across multiple teams
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders
Develop and maintain documentation related to business processes and design specifications
Design business processes focusing on characteristics and key performance indicators to align with functional requirements
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure business and design requirements are met
Facilitate quality management reviews to maintain high standards in process design and implementation
Educate stakeholders about designs to foster comprehensive understanding of processes
